I had the pleasure of getting the digital organization off to a good start right in the morning with the presentation”The customer- and employee-centered company – success factors for economic success in times of digital change”. It was exciting to see how well the three lectures in the Digital Organization block intertwined Carsten Linz by SAP, a global expert in innovation-driven business transformation, and Ranga Yogeshwar the well-known science journalist, presented their perspectives on the strategy for companies in times of digital transformation. Ranga Yogeshwar provided the empirical-academic support for practical examples from Carsten Linz, SAP and ourselves, Dialego.

Focus on people

Dialego’s perspective fit the question perfectly. Because no matter whether it is about the employee or the customer: The central figure is the human being. We have presented the development of market potentials in times of change at the electric car e.GO as an example. Its development was finally conscious from the very first second to the needs of the consumer oriented.

In a very lively panel discussion chaired by Ursula Vranken, organizer of the 3rd Digital Leadership Summit, we finally discussed how we could succeed in putting people first in order to advance companies and society in particular.
